Dr. Victor Ng'ani

Head of Critical Care

Daniel Ng’ani has previously served as a medical doctor at Mater Misericordiae Hospital (after serving as the head of ICU and the deputy head of ICU in the same institution in preceding years), the Medical Superintendent of LifeCare Hospitals Bungoma, and is a member of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Medical Commission.

He is a co-creator of the GIERAFS (Greet client, Introduce oneself, Explain procedure, Request Permission, Answer questions, give Feedback, Smile) model for client interaction and the creator of the PIVA (Passion, Integrity, Vision and Ability) leadership criteria. He is a co-founder and the founding chairman of the doctors’ union, KMPDU, and was involved in the drafting of several progressive healthcare documents including the patients’ charter, the Taskforce report in improving public sector healthcare provision, the health policy and the health act.

Dr. Victor Ng’ani holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery degree from the University of Nairobi and is pursuing a master’s degree in health economics and policy, an advanced post-graduate degree in healthcare and hospital management, as well as a post-graduate diploma in theology.

Paul Okoth

CEO, Redleaf Insurance

Paul Okoth brings in a multi-dimensional view of our operations with prior experience in banking and insurance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finan­cial Engineering from JKUAT and a diploma in Project management from Kenya Institute of Management.

Maurice Maingi

Head of Operations, RFH Healthcare

A graduate from JKUAT with Bsc in clinical medicine and surgery has more than 8 years of experience in healthcare management both in the private and public sectors.

He has played a key role in the growth and expansion of RFH from an outpatient clinic to a chain of medical facilities; playing a key role in setting up and running of the RFH branches. He is very passionate about healthcare and his dream is to see RFH cross the borders.

Dr. Joan Kinyanjui

Director, Health Systems

Joan is a master’s degree graduate in Health Care Management from Strathmore Business School with broad skills and knowledge on leadership and management, health systems management, quality management in a healthcare organization, decision making analysis, organizational behavior, conflict management, financial management, corporate communication, policy development, bioethics, health economics, business strategy, marketing, costing and budgeting and business model development among others.

A well-rounded pharmacist who has worked in the public sector for nine years after having graduated from the University of Nairobi.

In the public sector, she was privileged to head and coordinate the HIV/AIDS and TB programs at the facility level in partnership with the key stakeholders.

Kenneth Gitobu

Chief Finance Officer

With over 5 years experience in Finance and accounting. Having worked as a senior accountant in the retail industry and as a consultant in tax and accounting systems.

Kenn is a graduate from Strathmore University, with a bachelor degree in commerce; finance. He’s also a certified public accountant from Strathmore University.

Kenn brings to RFH a vast experience in finance and accounting.

Gideon Koech

Human Resource Manager

Mr. Gideon is the company’s Human Resource Manager. He brings in a professional and people-oriented human resource outlook with over 6 years of experience in the HR field that cuts across healthcare and energy sector. As he puts it, “the goal is to utilize my knowledge and experience in an organization with over 500 employees in offering leadership to the human resource space”

Duncan Gateru

Director, Internal Audit & Tax

Duncan Gateru holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Moi University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Statistics from Maseno University is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA K), and a trained Domestic Taxes expert with over ten years of experience in taxation.

He’s brought his experience to the hospital as Director Internal Audit and Tax and has been instrumental in making strategic decisions of the hospital in line with its long-term goals.

He brings to the team expertise in Business Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and leadership.

Kennedy Kabiru

Business Development Manager

Mr. Kennedy Kabiru is a  performance-oriented Business Development  leader with an exceptional record of achievement over a 12-year career period across  different sectors backed by vast knowledge in corporate and enterprise sales, customer service, key account management, marketing and business development. He is a tenacious manager with strategic and analytical approach to solving problems, closing in leads and accomplishing profit targets through identification and capitalization on emerging market trends and revenue opportunities. Also, a seasoned researcher with operational expertise, great negotiation skills and enterprenual aptitude.
